Annual Meeting - Jan 19, 2009
On the agenda will be the annual election of officers, Directors and Members at Large. Please forward any suggestions for additions or changes to me or to our Secretary, Paul Glassman.
We will have a replacement trailer update, quickly review site holder renewals not yet received and our 2009 fee schedule.
We will proceed with our Invitational planning. We are planning on a Show and Do format where each unit selects and runs a station where they show and then let those in camp do what they have been shown. Please bring you unit plans if you can. The camp is planning to show the method of tree planting for young trees and will then let each camper plant one. We have several spots in camp where we want to establish privacy barriers so we plan to be planting evergreens in these areas. I look forward to seeing many of you on the 19th.
